Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Yard Hand in Midland!

Pay: $16-$18 Hourly DOE  

Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-6pm

  • Yard Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the yard area, including removing debris, trash, and other materials.
  • Pressure Washing: Operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces and equipment, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance of the yard.
  • Tote Handling: Pick up, transport, and organize totes and other materials as required, ensuring proper placement and storage.
  • Tool Use: Utilize hand tools and pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • General Support: Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with inventory organization or assisting other warehouse staff.
  • Skills: Ability to operate pressure washing equipment and hand tools. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
  • Safety: Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [weight] lbs).
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
