Express Employment Professionals is interviewing candidates for a full-time Front Counter Sales position in Hot Springs with a great HVAC distribution company! The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. The pay ranges from $15.00-16.00/hr, DOE. 

Front Counter Sales key Responsibilities will include:

• Utilize point-of-sale computer system to confirm inventory, quote, process orders and payments, and process customer returns and warranties. 
• Answer incoming telephone calls or texts and greet customers who walk in the store.
• Follow up promptly on all customer requests.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness and appearance of the showroom through stocking shelves, housekeeping, creating displays, etc.
• Solve customer complaints in a timely manner that balances customer requests with business needs.

Front Counter Sales Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• HVAC industry experience (preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Initiative to learn and able to perform tasks with accuracy
• Work well in a team environment.
