Job Details

• Start Date: End of October
• Length: 12-week contract preferred; per diem ok
• Days: Every day of the week
• Shift: Day (7am) & NOC (11-7pm)
• Location: Poulsbo, WA (Private Residence)
• Job Duties: Provide home health nursing services with scope of practice of LPN
• Required experience:
  • Prefer clinician with trach experience, but not required
  • Past home health experience preferred, but not required
  • Will provide orientation and training on all job duties
  •  
• Hourly Pay: LPN $50/hr & RN $60/hr + mileage reimbursement
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Term Life, Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit
• Requirements: LPN in Washington state in Active status, Hep B vaccination record, TB test, CPR certification, Minimum 6 months nursing experience in the last 24 months
