seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our machine shop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, with experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure our equipment runs efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machinery Installation: Assemble, install, align, and position industrial machinery and mechanical systems according to layout plans, blueprints, and schematics.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical issues, replace defective parts, and repair machinery to restore operations quickly and efficiently.
• Fabrication and Modification: Modify and fabricate parts using welding, machining, and other metalworking techniques to meet specific operational requirements.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople, engineers, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment modifications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as a millwright in a machine shop or similar industrial setting.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a millwright apprenticeship or technical training program preferred.
