PAY RANGE: $25.00-$30.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales and customers-answer questions, resolve any sales operations related issues.
• Track and manage open orders including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with each department to final shipping on schedule date.
• Monitor credit limit & accounts receivable, CODs and resolve credit issues with internal AR Dept. 
• Prepare & maintain sales related reports and provide requested reports to multiple customer & internal teams if needed.
• Support daily purchase orders & delivery orders with company drivers & customers.
• Process RMA numbers to customers and provide update.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of previous Sales Support experience; preferably in a semiconductor industry.
• Experience with ERP and QuickBooks preferred.
• Prior purchase order experience in customer facing role preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Ideal candidate will be open to feedback and 3-5 months of continuous training.

Education:

• BA or BS in related field

Qualities Preferred:

• Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain key collaborative relationships across multiple functional organizations and with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time
