Customer Support Specialist
Location: Champaign, IL
A client we are working with is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. This role involves handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, and web, ensuring customers receive excellent support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Identify new or returning customers and address their needs.
- Update internal and external product databases.
- Guide customers through the sales process via phone or email.
- Work with Customer Support Associates to provide additional offers or solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete sales.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Clear communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to understand and solve customer problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
