Customer Support Specialist

A client we are working with is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. This role involves handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, and web, ensuring customers receive excellent support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Identify new or returning customers and address their needs.
• Update internal and external product databases.
• Guide customers through the sales process via phone or email.
• Work with Customer Support Associates to provide additional offers or solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete sales.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

• Ability to understand and solve customer problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
