Express Employment is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
