About the Role:

Express Employment Professionals Red Deer is seeking a Restoration Laborer to join our client's team in the Red Deer area. This role is ideal for a hardworking individual with at least 1 year of labor experience who is looking to contribute to meaningful projects that help restore and rebuild properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and site preparation.
• Support skilled tradespersons with various tasks as needed.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the worksite is clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of labor experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working in various conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.
