Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent in Midland, TX.!

Pay: $40K Annually + Commission
Hours of operation: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
· Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
· Provide positive customer experiences
· Provide a positive and professional image for the company
· Participate in marketing efforts for the agency
· Sell and service to customers in the Midland/Odessa area
· Maintain active insurance license by completing required continuing education
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of insurance sales/service experience
- Self-motivated individual who works well independently and in a team setting
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Proficiency in the Spanish language preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Texas Driver's License
- Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Life Insurance License is a plus
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Complete post-employment training in a virtual setting
