Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This role involves handling daily warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, shipping, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure that orders are accurately processed and prepared for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Ensure product labeling is accurate and materials are properly stored
• Assist with inventory control, including stock counts and inventory organization
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during operations
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills for order processing and inventory counts
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification is a plus

Compensation:
$15.50 per hour with the potential for overtime.
