Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility is to pull materials from the conveyor line, box and label products, palletize shipments, and prepare orders for delivery. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull products off the conveyor line and ensure accurate quantities are packed
• Box and label items according to company standards
• Palletize orders and prepare them for shipment
• Follow packaging guidelines to maintain product quality during transport
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move items as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as necessary
• Work closely with the shipping team to meet daily order fulfillment targets
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience with packing and shipping in a warehouse environment
• Forklift certification is a plus
