Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee and manage the online sales platform for our industrial supplies and tools business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the online store’s performance, enhancing the user experience, and driving sales growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s eCommerce website, ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
• Monitor website performance, user experience, and order fulfillment processes
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive traffic and conversions
• Analyze eCommerce metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improving sales and profitability
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Implement SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tactics to increase site visibility
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for website updates, troubleshooting, and new feature integrations
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and improving the overall shopping experience

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, preferably in the industrial supplies/tools sector
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, including user experience optimization, SEO, and digital marketing
• Proficient in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial supply/tools industry
• Knowledge of B2B eCommerce strategies and customer behaviors
