CRM Systems Developer (Contract)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Systems Developer on a contract basis to support the adjustment and development of new functionalities within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal team to ensure the CRM system meets the evolving needs of the business by enhancing workflows and improving overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure the CRM system to align with business processes
• Develop new programs and features within the CRM to improve system functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and system requirements
• Test and troubleshoot CRM configurations and developments to ensure proper functionality
• Provide technical documentation and training for any new functionalities or processes
• Maintain data integrity and system security throughout development and customization
• Ensure project milestones are met within the specified contract period

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CRM systems development and customization (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., JavaScript, Apex, SQL)
• Experience in implementing and adjusting CRM workflows and processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with CRM integration with other business systems is a plus

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Previous experience working in a contract or project-based role

Compensation: Competitive contract rate, commensurate with experience.
