Express Employment Professionals of Green Bay is assisting our client – a financial services team – with finding an Executive Assistant to join their team!

Executive Assistant Job Highlights:

  • Full-time, 1st shift: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $20-24 per hour, depending on experience

Executive Assistant Job Summary:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the key person making sure the office runs smoothly so the financial advisors can focus on helping clients. You’ll be taking care of a variety of duties from answering phones and greeting clients to managing important paperwork and scheduling appointments. This role requires a great attention to detail, advanced computer skills, self-motivation, and an interest in the financial field.

Executive Assistant Job Duties:

  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome when they visit the office
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the proper person
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Create and send out periodic client correspondence via mail and/or email
  • Process new client accounts and make account updates as needed
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for financial advisors
  • Order and keep inventory of office supplies
  • Prepare materials for client meetings
  • A variety of other general administrative duties (filing, scanning, etc.)

Executive Assistant Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role (financial field is preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in the financial or related field is preferred, but not required

Skills Helpful to Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and investments
  • Some experience in the securities industry
  • FINRA certifications (Series 6 or 7 and 63).
