Job Title: Project Estimator
Location: East Mesa, AZ

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator with 5-10 years of experience in the construction or steel manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, assessing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project documents and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements
• Prepare bid proposals and manage the bidding process
• Evaluate and recommend cost-saving options for projects
• Review and assess subcontractor bids
• Track project budgets and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and company policies
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Estimator in construction or steel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and cost structures
• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with steel manufacturing processes
• Experience in the East Mesa area
