Express Employment is seeking a skilled Copier Service Technician to be the expert in servicing and maintaining office product lines. This role involves building, configuring, installing, and servicing copiers both in-office and on-site at client locations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and excels at communication with both team members and customers. This role compensation of $19.00 - $21.00 hourly.

Responsibilities:
Resolve 80% of service calls independently.
Maintain an accurate car stock to effectively service client machines.
Communicate with customers to understand and troubleshoot issues, schedule service calls, and maintain a professional company image.
Collaborate with management and team members to coordinate schedules and daily work.
Support daily operations as instructed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
Strong customer service skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (MVR).
Must pass a background check and drug test.

Core Competencies:
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Comfortable lifting 50-75 lbs when needed.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Average 5-6 service calls per day
No weekend work
