Administrative Assistant Summary/Company Information: 

  • A small office in downtown Columbus is hiring their next Part-Time Administrative Assistant
  • This individual will be running the front desk area, greeting clients, answering phones, and scanning and filing documentation.
  • This individual may also assist with other tasks as needed
  • This is a long-term position with a company looking to hire on
  • The company is hiring immediately

Pay/Benefits:

  • Pay starts at $15-$16/hr. (based on experience); may consider a higher wage for the right person
  • Small, friendly office environment
  • Non-matching 401(k) is deposited after 1 year with the company!
  • The company offers competitive benefits once hired on 

Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week, between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Will drop the mail off at the post office after work and will be paid an extra 15-30 minutes for that

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience is required
  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and prioritize is a must!
