CNC Programmer Manager

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a talented CNC Programmer Manager to lead our cutting-edge manufacturing team in the West Chester Area!

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing engineering and programming teams to develop, implement, and optimize efficient production processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality enhancement.
Manage manufacturing process development and improvement, including tooling enhancements and cost optimization initiatives.
Provide technical support for complex production challenges and continuous process improvement based on performance data analysis.
Maintain and enhance Manufacturing Engineering capabilities to support new program introductions and operational objectives.
Coordinate manufacturing engineering tasks to meet project timelines and productivity goals, supporting Production, Program, and Operations teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive talent development through training and succession planning.
Mentor teams, facilitate project execution, and apply engineering expertise to achieve organizational objectives effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience as a CNC Programmer with CAM Software
Previous experience in the Machine Shop Industry
Previous experience as a Lead or Manager is required
Project Management
Results-driven with a focus on precision
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Compensation

$110,000 - $130,000
