Maintenance Planner

Located in Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $65-75K

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to fill a Direct Hire opening in Springdale, OH!

Two Openings are available:

• 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10 PM
• Weekend Shift - Friday to Monday 10 PM to 7 AM

Responsibilities

• Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
• Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols
• Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
• Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality
• Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance
• Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role
• Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus)
• Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience
• Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
• Verbal & Written Communication Skills

Compensation: $65-75K
