$20-$17/hr.

 

Job Description/Requirements:

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock repairs, painting, structural carpentry, and gutter repair
• Previous experience working with HUD Houses are required
• Must have a valid driver''s license and own a vehicle 
• When requested to drive your own vehicle, you will be compensated for mileage
• Tools will be provided to the associate
• EPA certified technician is a plus

 

Shift:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm
• Times will vary for holidays and emergencies
