Position Overview: seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver and Order Puller to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move and organize inventory, as well as pulling and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Driver Duties:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products and materials.
• Inspect forklifts and other equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate placement and secure handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in conducting regular inventory counts.

Order Puller Duties:

• Review and interpret order tickets and pull items from inventory according to specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of pulled items against order tickets before packing.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, including restocking shelves and cleaning work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders or inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification or license preferred (training may be provided).
• Previous experience operating forklifts and/or working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs]) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
