Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Accounting Specialist to handle a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, have strong customer service skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks Management: Accurately input orders, prices, and financial data into QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date records.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, manage the front desk, and assist with inquiries.
- Conflict Resolution: De-escalate customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management or accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and effectively.
- Experience with payroll processing and inventory management is a plus.
