We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's finance team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and handling various advanced accounting duties. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in full cycle accounting and possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Handle general ledger entries and maintain the chart of accounts.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or seasoned Full Charge Bookkeeper is a must.
- A minimum of 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience is required.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus!
