Salary: $15.00/hr

We are now hiring for a Maintenance Technician with a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification! This position is from Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct inspections of vacant units and common areas to ensure they are clean and in good condition
• Assist with the supervision of maintenance staff and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
• Fabricate or repair items as needed using appropriate tools and materials
• Service the pool area, including brushing, adding chemicals, and maintaining clean public areas

Expectations:

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Certified Pool Operator
