Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and engaging In-Store Lead Generators to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers in-store to generate leads and spark interest in our products and services. This position is offered through a staffing agency, and the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Approach and engage with customers in-store to identify their needs and generate interest in our offerings.
• Lead Generation: Capture and qualify leads by collecting contact information and understanding customer interests.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions and leads generated.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Reporting: Report daily activities, including lead generation metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver License 
• Ability to connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with potential for additional shifts.
