Administrative Warehouse Position

Waite Park, MN

 

Pay: $20.00/hr.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

 

Job Duties

Answering phones

Greeting guests

Data entry- entering customer defer and expedite requests

Monitoring our customer backorder logs

Assisting the service center manager with monitoring our branch inbox

Assisting the service center manager with accounts receivable clean up

Assisting with shipping dept – receiving product in the system after it has been counted by the warehouse associate

Filing

Light cleaning duties

3 days a week delivering to a customer 10 minutes away. This would be driving a 2500 pick up truck that would be transferring pallets of product. This could be 1-3 trips a day.

 

We would be looking at starting this position out at 20/hr. 

 

There will be opportunities to move up into a higher paying position as a customer service and sales support role.
