A company in the Charleston area is searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk. We are also looking for someone that is motivated, organized and reliable. If this is you, apply now!  

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include receiving, processing, and verifying supplier invoices and processing payments for those invoices. Also, this position is responsible for the processing and vouching of the monthly credit card/gas card statements and employee expense accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• College degree in Accounting preferred
• SAGE 100 is preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Problem solving skills related to adjustments, resolving discrepancies, and detecting and correcting errors
• Be neat, well groomed, and have a courteous, pleasant manner
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Evaluation to hire position

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay rate starts at $20.00/hour
