Position Overview: As a Banking Services Associate, you will assist clients through phone, in-person, and drive-through interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by handling check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and paperwork.
• Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensuring accurate transaction processing and maintaining detailed records.
