Account Representative - $20-24/hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Account Representative for a Maryville, TN Automotive Components distribution center. 

Account Representative Responsibilities:

  • Managing price control and spot quotation for Customer needs
  • Manage material quality and PCR/ECI 
  • Assist with any troubleshooting
  • Manage abnormal costs, mitigate financial risks, and monitor profitability
  • Manage and track KPS / FMDs and monthly review and reporting of monthly vs. actual financial results
  • Actively engage with existing customers to identify needs and potential business opportunities
  • Actively pursue kaizen activities and standardization measures to control costs and systematically manage these items (i.e. kaizen reports)
  • Other duties as applied

Account Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor''s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years'' experience in sales or supply chain management
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Excel is preferred, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc..
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 

Account Representative Shift:

  • Mon - Fri | 8A-5P
  • Full-time
  • Overtime may be provided.
