Express Employment is looking for a Production Lead for a local distribution and fulfillment center.

 

Job Duties:

• Assist in production environment
• Oversee machine and make sure all components are running smoothly and safely
• Relay information from management over to team of employees
• Maintain efficient production numbers and hit production goals
• Ensure production materials meet quality standards
• Perform any other jobs and duties requested and required

 

Qualifications:

• Must have prior Production warehouse experience
• Production management, supervision, or leadership experience required
• Proven track record of successfully hitting production goals
• Detail Oriented
• Good communication skills

 

Schedule: M-F 6AM to 2:30 PM 

 

Pay: $16/hr (Does have a production bonus incentive structure as well)
