What You'll Do:

• Build New Relationships: Engage with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and demonstrate how Express can help. Your goal will be to bring in new business and expand our client base.

• Create Opportunities: Identify potential clients through research and networking. Develop and execute sales plans to secure meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.

• Daily Adventures: Each day will bring new opportunities to connect with businesses through phone calls and in-person visits. You'll be out in the community, making connections and building partnerships.

• Collaborate and Succeed: Work closely with our internal team to ensure our clients' needs are met. Your input will help align our recruiting efforts with client demands.

• Learn and Grow: Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions. We'll provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (combined base + comm)
