Express Employment is hiring an HR Generalist for a manufacturing facility in Latrobe.

This position is focusing on  front-line manufacturing team, with an emphasis on employee training, development, and employee relations. The role will involve a combination of HR Generalist duties, such as coordinating training, managing attendance, and handling both positive and negative employee relations.

Hours: Daylight hours

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Position Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

• Provide HR support to front-line manufacturing employees
• Focus on employee training and development initiatives
• Track, manage, and coordinate training programs
• Handle employee relations, including addressing conflicts and improving team morale
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and disciplinary issues
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements for the HR Generalist:

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of employee training and development strategies
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with both management and front-line teams
