Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate material grading.
• Manage retail inventory and validate customer paperwork.
• Identify non-conforming materials and follow procedures.
• Operate small equipment and maintain work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and be flexible.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety standards.

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of scrap materials.
