seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their car insurance needs. You will play a key role in driving sales while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information on car insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
  • Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Quoting & Policy Management: Provide accurate insurance quotes, process policy applications, renewals, and policy changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, working with underwriters and claims departments as necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and state/federal regulations regarding insurance sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and insurance quoting tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment).
  • Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
