Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 / year

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the operations of a service department, focusing on employee management, customer relations, and workflow efficiency. This role involves collaboration with upper management on budgeting, business development, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical and administrative staff, providing feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist with project planning, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare quotes for service work and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Oversee the department’s financial health, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address issues.
  • Maximize current contracts and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with two-way radio communication systems and network infrastructure is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
