Pay: $20-$27/hour depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Wyomissing, PA
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Running day to day operations of office
- Handle Bookkeeping and recording all transactions in QuickBooks
- Send out invoices to customers, apply payments, and manage bills for the office
- Assist with answering telephone calls, providing information to potential clients and assisting current clients.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- 4+ years experience as an office manager
- Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
