Express is seeking a Collections Clerk that can assist in managing the collections process - collect, track progress, and escalate high quality disputes as appropriate.
Process and efficiently follow up on all past-due accounts.
Forward past-due accounts to company''s collection agency in a timely manner.
Candidates will need to meet background and drug screen requirements.
at least 6 months of Customer Service/Office Experience is preferred.
Training will be provided.
