The ideal candidate will have experience in both inside and outside sales and be comfortable with data entry tasks. This role involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside and outside sales activities to promote home, auto, life, and commercial insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policies.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, with knowledge of home, auto, life, and commercial insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle both inside and outside sales activities.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
