Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Millwright to perform a range of mechanical tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine equipment requirements and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical role.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects as required.
  • Certification or licensing in millwrighting is a plus.

Pay : $25 per hour 

 

Hours: Must be able to work any shift
