Warehouse Generalist

 

Our client in Machesney Park is looking for Warehouse Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will be responsible for completed work orders, managing inventory, assembling components and ensuring timely receipt and processing of shipments. This position works Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM. Job Responsibilities: 

• Packing, kitting, and labeling parts for assembly lines.
• Box, label, and stock covers, driven members, and other inventory items.
• Pick, pack, and process parts from PTO Assembly.
• Stage parts for various assembly lines using work orders.
• Assemble driveshafts, bearings, and other related components as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock materials in the assembly and kitting departments.
• Perform routine building maintenance as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating fork trucks, cranes, packaging equipment, and personal computers.
• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned.
