Warehouse Supervisor

Located in Madison, WI

Salary: $22/hour

We are now hiring a warehouse supervisor for an electronic recycling and collection center on the east side of Madison! This role will consist of weighing and disassembling of copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, batteries, and more. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm

Pay: $22/hour 

Work includes:

• Assign daily warehouse tasks and oversee team of 6 in the warehouse
• Monitor and train staff
• Assure product is processed correctly and has good quality control
• Be a part of the day-to-day tasks such as sorting, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse and production tasks
• Assist with safety and policy compliance and may assist with writing up any violations
• Provide performance reviews and prepare disciplinary action forms

Experience:

• Leading a small team
• Warehouse, shipping and receiving, and production experience
• General ability to use computers
