Maintenance Technician  

 

Express Employment Professionals in Decatur AL is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company located in Athens, AL. Position is full-time and has potential for long-term employment. 

 

 Skills/Experience Required:  

 

  • Complete general building maintenance for all offices and 

properties in Athens, AL (including but not limited to: changing air filters, assisting with warehouse 

management and organization, moving items, assist with recycling program, 

landscaping, hanging items, prepare and reset areas before and after cleaning company, 

minor repairs and troubleshooting) 

  • Respond to maintenance calls at job sites, offices and properties (including but not 

limited to: caulking, painting, pressure washing, landscaping, minor electrical work, 

flooring, other general maintenance tasks) 

  • Must have a valid DL with a clean MVR (no violations in 3 years) 

  • Forklift certification and OSHA 10 preferred  

  • Previous experience in a maintenance field preferred
