Responsibilities:

• Handle invoices,
• Do quotes, and process orders
• Coordinate the booking process for meetings, shipping, events, and accommodations
• Organize shipments, entering orders into the system and ensuring their accurate tracking until delivery

Qualifications:

• Accounting background
• Previouse exp as a Sales Coordinator 
• Administative qualities 
• Time Management 
• Good customer service, and professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
