General Laborer

Salary: $18.00/hr

Hours:

• Monday- Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM
• There will be OVERTIME

Pay: $ 18.00/ hour

What will you be doing as a General Laborer?

• Assisting with the preparation of job sites before the commencement of a project.
• Reading job syllabus and loading required equipment.
• Using basic tools to install windows, door handles, light fixtures, etc.
• Performing demolition work and removing debris from construction areas.
• Assisting skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians as required.
• Operating hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Learning to frame, set cabinets, build decks, and other advanced tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

What do I need?

• Previous experience in construction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, including reading a measuring tape.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
