Maintenance Team Supervisor

• Up to $30/Hour DoE
• Manchester, NH
• 1^st Shift, 7am – 4pm
• Monday – Friday
• MUST have your own vehicle and tools
• MUST be mechanically inclined and driven
• MUST have light plumbing, electrical, and painting experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and manage the maintenance operations across multiple locations. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of maintenance and repair work are consistently met.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across various locations
• Create and implement effective maintenance procedures and protocols
• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities, aiming to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other equipment malfunctions
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history
• Train and guide maintenance staff on best practices and proper techniques
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and codes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage.
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance techniques.
• Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices.
• Computer and smartphone skills with email and work order systems (e.g., AppFolio).
• Present a positive and professional demeanor.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver''s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Available for emergencies on an as-needed basis.
• Must be able to bend, stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs independently throughout the shift.
