Salary: $25.00 an hour

Express Employment is seeking a Construction Laborer for a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and hardworking individual who is willing to travel. This is a full time, evaluation to hire, position.

 

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with digging for construction projects using hand tools such as shovels, spades, and pickaxes.
• Perform tasks independently and stay on task to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Potential for travel and overnight stay at jobsites.

 

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction site safety protocols.
• Previous experience in construction or related field.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation a plus (training will be provided).
• Able to travel and stay overnight for out of town jobs.
