We are recruiting for a customer service representative for a long-term call center position.

Responsible for answering inbound calls, correspondence with policy holders and agents, process cancellations and answer policy questions. The call volume is approx. 70 inbound calls/ day. Additionally, the customer service representatives will be processing some work (including 1035 transfers to other insurance companies).  

 

Experience with Life or Annuity Insurance is preferred, 1+ years of call center experience required.

 

Associate will need general knowledge of PC usage (MS Word / Excel/ Access) and must have established customer service skills, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with HIPPA & time sensitive issues . 

 

Schedule is 8:00am – 5 pm with a 1 hr lunch break.
