Key Details:

Base Salary: $17 to $19 per hour plus shift differentials

Shifts Available: 

Second Shift (3:00PM-11PM, Monday - Friday) 

Third Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday)

Required Skills/Experience:

Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in machine operations and finished parts inspection
Basic Math Skills: Perform necessary calculations for machine operations
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
Flexibility: Perform various tasks and adapt to changes on short notice
Dependability: Maintain a good attendance record and willingness to learn new skills
Team Player: Work effectively with others
Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties:

Monitor Machine Operations: Ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards
Inspect Finished Parts: Check for defects to meet dimensional and quality requirements
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate: Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Document Activities: Record quantities produced and any issues encountered
