Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Apartment Turnover Specialist to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacated apartments for new residents by performing a range of cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including deep cleaning of floors, walls, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Perform minor repairs such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, and ensuring all appliances are in working order.
• Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and other necessary tasks to ensure apartments meet move-in standards.
• Conduct inspections to identify any issues that need to be addressed before new tenants move in.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of turnovers.
• Follow company guidelines and checklists to maintain a high standard of apartment readiness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in apartment turnover, maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and able to manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment or appliances as needed.
