One of our clients is looking for some Process Technicians to add to their ever growing team! The company specializes in engineering, designing and manufacturing plastic injection products.

Process Technician Duties:

• Ensure molding machines and processes are set to regulations to meet quality standards and to complete production needs.
• Assist Set Up Techs daily with the set up and startup of molding machines.
• May have to read blueprints and check start up product using precision devices such as calipers and other methods or devices.
• Must be able to provide clear feedback on cycle times and product quality.
• Must be able to operate mold machines to assist with break coverage, start up and troubleshooting of machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document all changes to machines and processes.
• Actively support operations with vigor, respect, and confidence.

Process Technician Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, has legible handwriting.
• Respectable demeanor and a gracious attitude
• Has a flexible schedule. In manufacturing, customer demands may mean a change in operating hours.
• 2+ years’ experience in processing and understanding of the sciences in plastic injection molding
• Is confident in identifying problems with processes/equipment and is confident in proposing solutions.
• Has strong decision-making skills
• Has always the company’s best interest in mind.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility of one's role.

Shift: Variable shift to be negotiated with company to fit your busy schedule (Between 5:30AM to 10PM)

Pay: $25 to $30 DOE
